Boston Market Sold

A local investment group, EM-50 Associates LP, has acquired the Boston Market site in the Waterfront, Homestead, from Boston Market Corp. for $1.15 million, according to a deed filed in Allegheny County. Plans are to lease the building to the Vitamin Shop, said Brian Kerr, an EM-50 partner.
